Eternal Automation has arrived in Europe to offer machines and automation for the electric winding industry. Our machines are specifically designed for the Western market and produced within the facilities of Eternal Automation China.
Our ustomers will engage with a European company, reaping all the benefits that come with it, such as commercial support, logistics, and technical assistance. This collaboration with Grassi Trade has led to the establishment of Eternal Automation Europe, a synergy aimed at developing solutions tailored to our market, compliant with regulations, while also offering alternatives to those commonly used for the production and assembly of coils, motors, and electric windings.
The manufacturer: Zhingshan Eternal Automation
Zhongshan Eternal Automation, founded in 2002, specializes in the design, production, and sale of non-standardized industrial automation machines and systems for the production of coils and motors. The company’s headquarters and manufacturing plant, covering more than 7,000 square meters, are located in the Guangdong province of China. Eternal’s main office is in Zhuhai, with its sales and customs office for Europe located in Macau, and another sales office in Zhuhai. Additionally, a production facility is based in Hunan province. The company employs around 340 people.
Since its founding, the guiding philosophy has always been to think unconventionally in order to offer maximum flexibility to clients. To meet the ever-evolving market demands, the product design and development phase follows a creative workflow. Every step, from design to production, takes place within the company, ensuring a client-focused approach. Eternal Automation is ISO9001 certified, and the machines produced are CE-compliant. Customer service and European agents
Customer service is exclusively managed for Europe and the nearby countries by Grassi Trade S.r.l., located in Cantù, 35 km north of Milan. Eternal Automation Europe is the result of a close collaboration between Zhongshan Eternal Automation and Grassi Trade, established to provide the market with a range of products specifically designed to meet the needs of European customers. Technical support is based in Italy and Poland to ensure prompt intervention when needed.
