For the wire cutting process, we offer three different solutions to accommodate the various production needs of our customers: tear-off cutting with nozzle, blade cutting and pneumatic cutting.
Tear-off cutting
The tear-off cutting with nozzles is used for thinner wire diameters. This method ensures excellent wire adhesion to the terminal, allowing the wire to break without slipping off the pin.
Blade cutting
Blade cutting is the most reliable method, ensuring a precise cut at the terminal while maintaining maximum wire adherence to the pin. This system is also used for Litz wires or multi-wire windings, preventing the strand from splaying open, which would make subsequent connection operations impossible.
Pneumatic cutting
The pneumatic cutting unit is essential for cutting wires with a nominal diameter thicker than 0.35 mm. The high-quality shears ensure durability and efficiency.
